NBA playoff odds update

The 76ers must win tonight against Miami or their playoff run is finished.

The matchup for the Western Conference Final has been decided but both spots in the Eastern Conference Final remain up for grabs heading into tonight’s NBA action.

The Miami Heat can grab the first spot in the East finals tonight if they can knock off the Indiana Pacers in Game 6 of their semifinal matchup. Miami blew the Packers away in Game 5 in a 115-83 win. One win away from clinching the series the Heat are now huge series favorites at 5Dimes at -1145. The Pacers are +735 series underdogs.

In the other Eastern Conference semi the Celtics and 76ers will go the distance for a full seven games. The 76ers extended the series to seven games on Wednesday night with a 82-75 win in Game 6. No team has won back-to-back games in the series which could be good news for the Celtics, who are 5.5-point home favorites in the game set for Saturday.

Even though four teams still have a shot at the Eastern Conference title the 5Dimes oddsmakers expect Miami to be the last team standing. The Heat are huge 3/10 favorites on the Eastern Conference futures at 5Dimes. The rest of the remaining teams in the East follow them with Boston at 9/2, Philadelphia at 10/1 and Indiana at 20/1.

Over in the Western Conference the final matchup is set with the San Antonio Spurs taking on the Oklahoma City Thunder. As with all antibiotics cipro online you should take prescribed by your doctor. That series gets underway on Sunday with the Spurs favored in the  first game and the series at 5Dimes. San Antonio is a 5.5-point home favorite in the series opener and a -210 favorite in the series. The Thunder are a +175 series underdog.

The Spurs dominating run through the postseason and their recent history against the Thunder could mean another trip back to the finals for San Antonio. The Spurs are 8-1 in their last nine against Oklahoma City.

The Spurs are also the current favorite on the NBA Championship futures at 5Dimes at +175. That’s just a bit better than the Heat, who are in at +180. The rest of the current NBA title futures at 5Dimes includes the Thunder at +290, the Celtics at +1650, the 76ers at +4500 and the Pacers at +6000.
