NFL Week 17 Odds: Betting Matchups Preview

The Pittsburgh Steelers’ playoff chances are on life support this weekend, and to keep a glimmer of a hope alive they need a win over Cleveland on Sunday.

New York is rolling right now having won five in a row after last week’s 26-20 overtime win against New England as a 2.5-point home underdog. Ryan Fitzpatrick had three touchdowns in the win including the winning TD strike to Eric Decker in OT.

The Bills defeated Dallas 16-6 last week as a 6.5-point favorite. Running backs Mike Gillislee and Karlos Williams combined to rush for 169 yards and two touchdowns.

Earlier this season the Bills got past the Jets 22-17 as a 2.5-point underdog. That was the Bills’ fourth straight win against the Jets both SU and AT. Buffalo has also won their last three games SU and ATS at home and in their last nine games as a home underdog they are 7-2 ATS.

Also on Sunday in what could be a playoff preview the Arizona Cardinals host the Seattle Seahawks as a 7-point favorite at Bodog.

The Cardinals have won nine straight and can clinch home field advantage throughout the playoffs with a win and a little help. Last week Arizona dominated in a 38-8 win over Green Bay as a 6-point favorite. The Cardinals defense was a force in the win with nine sacks, an interception and three recovered fumbles.

The Seahawks were an 11.5-point favorite last week, but were shocked by the St. Louis Rams in a 23-17 loss. That loss snapped Seattle’s five-game winning streak SU and ATS.

Seattle was a 3-point favorite in Week 10 when they lost to Arizona 39-32. In this series the visitor is 4-1 SU and ATS in their last five matchups.
