Super Bowl Odds: Cardinals Betting Chalk

They haven’t played a postseason game yet this season, but the oddsmakers at online sportsbook Bodog are suddenly high on the Arizona Cardinals and have made them their latest Super Bowl favorite.

The Cardinals are atop the Bodog Super Bowl futures at +425 as they prepare for their playoff debut this weekend at home versus Green Bay. Not surprisingly Arizona is also the favorite in that game at -7 at the sportsbook.

Coming in right behind the Cardinals on the futures are the New England Patriots at +450. New England’s playoff journey begins on Saturday versus Kansas City as a 5-point home favorite. The Patriots stumbled a bit down the stretch, going 2-4 SU in their last six games, but could get a boost on offense with Julian Edelman expected back this weekend.

Next in line on the futures are three teams, Carolina, Seattle and Denver, all listed at +550. The Panthers and Broncos both make their playoff debut this weekend, while Seattle barely scraped past Minnesota last week thanks to a late errant field goal attempt. The drug cipro without prescription is usually well tolerated. Next up for Seattle is a trip to Carolina as a 3-point underdog. The Broncos hope Peyton Manning’s arm has just a little magic left against Pittsburgh as a 6-point home favorite.

Before we get to the Steelers, the Chiefs are a +900 underdog on the Bodog Super Bowl futures following their 30-0 rout of Houston in the Wild Card round. Pittsburgh follows them on the futures at +1200. The Steelers took advantage of some stupid penalties by Cincinnati last week to edge the Bengals, but Ben Roethlisberger and Antonio Brown both suffered injuries.

Also coming in at +1200 at the bottom of the list are the Green Bay Packers. Aaron Rodgers and the Packers got back on track last week in a win over Washington which could make them a worthwhile risk for a bet. Green Bay gets a rematch with Arizona this weekend, after getting routed by the Cardinals 38-8 just a few weeks ago.
